Return qualifications, (All Shops)
  • Keep all original packaging as you received it for at least 30 days.
  • Keep all products in new re-sellable condition.
  • Do not remove any Line Stickers or UPC codes from packaging of product.
  • Products, whether defective or not, must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product: INCLUDING: manuals, registration and warranty cards etc. (if applicable)
  • Do not write or mark the box (package), contents or registration warranty cards.
  • Any non-compliance to these conditions are reason for a declined RA#
Q. How do I return products that I am not satisfied with, or are broken?
A. Simple. Just fill out the Returns Authorization Form and we will respond back to you with a RA# to post on the outside of the box for return to the shop.

You will need the following information...
  • Your Invoice number
  • Item or Product Number (SKU)
  • A brief description of why you wish to return the product
  • Process you would like to take- ie. would you like a refund, credit, another product, or a different product?
  • Remember you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to return the product to us. (Unless item was a mis-ship by the shop)
  • The Shop's Returns Dept. will contact you via email with a return authorization number, and specific instructions to follow.
